Very little faith that this will get fixed anytime soon. I’ve been asking support for the last 6 weeks and keep being told it’s being worked on. This is a big part of the game that offers resources I can’t access.

The freezing issue is nonstop since Boss Battle started. you can not use KO without game completely freezing when Orton is about to hit his moves (seems to be his trap move). Only way to unfreeze is to force close the game. Kinda hard to play the event when you can not use characters to event attempt it. Alot of ppl stopped playing due to this as no reason to continue if the game will just freeze.

e Faction boss keeps freezing after using cash to revive the player and continue the battle. Once I revive the player the game won’t let me use specials or do anything while the countdown clock keeps going for the boss attack and ultimately I lost 2k in cash in two subsequent boss battles. How can I get my money back. Also the game freezes, well the mechanics for me the player while the countdown to the boss attack continues.

Have you tried opening the shop while playing through the portal?
Have you tried reinstalling the game and/or clearing the cache and Data?
If you have attempted those steps in game support will be the only ones who can assist you.

It’s not my device it’s on their end. I had a friend log in on my device and he was able to access the boss shop.
It’s close to 3 months now and I don’t even know if they are actually looking at it or not. It’s extremely frustrating that no one from the support team seems to care about the valuable resources I’m missing out on.

What exactly is not working?
Faction boss on Android mobile and on the web portal.

Faction boss during the fight
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Playing on Android mobile and on the web portal with the same result.
A) Game stalls for 10-20 seconds right when the match starts, causing the timer to run while having the inability to use moves or break gems until the stall ends.
B) 'Connection Error' notification while in the match, causing members to me automatically kicked from the match.
C) The moment I was eliminated, it gave me a "Server Error" and kicked me from the match.
D) A LOT of the members of my faction have had these same issues. Several of them have flat out stated that they will not participate in the Faction Boss until this is fixed.
All 4 of these happened twice on Android and twice on the Web Portal.

Within the past 20 minutes.

Every Faction Boss match.
What device are you playing on?
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G and my gaming PC (i5-7500, 16GB RAM, nVidia GeForce GT 1060 6GB, and a 480GB SSD hard drive)
