How to submit a proper Support ticket

Before you decide to send in a Support ticket, you should check if your issue is already being discussed in the Technical Support section. You can also visit our Support Site for more FAQs on recent or common issues.


Sending in a Support ticket requires almost the same info as for issue reports. The Support Team is happy to help you out, but you have to give them enough info to do so!

The following can speed up the overall process and avoids misunderstandings.


  1. What exactly is not working?
  2. Where in the game did it happen?
  3. When or since when did it happen?
  4. What device are you playing on?
  5. Which OS and game version?
  6. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
  7. Providing Screenshots also helps to understand your issue


Depending on your issue, you might not be able to send in a Support ticket from within the game; in that case, please send an email at wwesupport@scopely.com with all the listed info mentioned above.


Please note: Depending on the situation and ticket volume, your request might take a bit longer than usual to be looked at. You might also receive an auto-generated reply, which keeps you in the loop of your ticket status. Please read it carefully; sometimes, we will ask you to reply if this answer did not solve your issue.
