Do you have an issue in the game or found a bug you would like to report to us? Awesome! Here is a little guidance on how you can help us reproduce your issue and hopefully fix it promptly. Please contact our Support for lost items or missing rewards; the Forum team can't help you with that.


You can help us fix your problem if you provide us with the following info:

  1. What exactly is not working?
  2. Where in the game did it happen?
  3. What are the steps to reproduce it?
  4. When or since when did it happen?
  5. How often do you experience this issue?
  6. What device are you playing on?
  7. Which OS and game version?
  8. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)
  9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?


Hint: Screenshots or videos of the issue help us as well to understand it.
