Faction Boss Issues
What exactly is not working?
Can't match gems or use moves when this starts.
Where in the game did it happen?
Faction Boss
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Not 100% sure but was the same US Central server .
When or since when did it happen?
The Andre Faction Boss.
How often do you experience this issue?
Couple times an hour.
What device are you playing on?
S21+

What exactly is not working?
Faction boss on Android mobile. Unable to participate in the match. If creating a lobby and pressing start, kicks you from the match. Or if joining a lobby and pressing ready, kicks you out of the match when battle begins

Playing on Android mobile
A) create lobby, once everyone in lobby is ready. Clicking on start match kicks you from entering the match
B) joining a premade lobby, after Clicking ready, when leader starts the match, you get kicked from the lobby.

when faction boss went live

Uninstall/reinstall the game
Using mobile data - WiFi data and vice versa.
I can only play via the portal.

did you join a lobby in your region or another region ? that could explain a poor connection if you are in Europe and join a lobby labelled pacific America for example instead of an European one

On pc through the portal, I could play in all regions. On mobile however not even my closest region, Asia (as I'm in Australia)I always got booted.

Punjabi Giant boss battle contest. I am still unable to play boss battle on mobile.

On an iOS and I am getting an asset bundle error. Local region.

I haven't been able to do this one or the previous one. Everything else works fine, but boss battles can't be done.

Boss battle has been utter garbage for me both on pc and ios both this time and last. Lucky to actually fight a battle I join 1 in 10 times and then lucky if it doesn't freeze up another 1 in 10

Boss Battles are extremely frustrating with the constant “in game” server connection issues. This is not an enjoyable mode. It is very difficult to support our faction with all of the issues. I’m on iOS & playing on a solid Wi-Fi connection.

Update:
• The issue stops during the bosses turn but starts doing it again soon as it's my turn.
• Was US Central server every time.
• When it happens it only show my entrance when the match starts instead of all 4.
I'll update here as I get more info & will try to record a whole match of the issue.

I also had this issue a few times. Each time it happened I had a single entrance without my teammates present but they were in the actual battle animations outside the ring once I got there.

You are not the only one buddy. I've yet to play boss battle on mobile. The only possible way to play is on pc via the portal. At least that's how I have been playing it since it's launch.

When I click the ready button I get an error stating battle has already started or no longer available. Happens in the global lobby

One of my faction mates gets an error/connection message every time the Boss match starts. He is completely unable to play. See screenshot.
All of us are experiencing mass freezes, kick outs, and connection issues with the Boss matches, aside from the one specified here.

Is it on mobile? You would have to do what I am doing, is playing on pc via the portal. Hopefully they will investigate what is the issue on mobile.

I've been getting an error that says the lobby isn't available. Just had two games allow me to ready up, but the host wouldn't start.

Can't join boss battles. Clicking ready gets you a team no longer available message. Trying to leave the lobby gets you the same message. Trying to enter a different screen in the game gets you a must press ready message. You can't escape without shutting down the game and you can't ever start or join a fight

When creating a group or joining a group I am not able to ready or start battles. A team no longer available message appears if you try either. If you try to leave the lobby you get the same message. If you try and enter a different game area you get a must pick ready message. The only way out is to shut down the game. Android iOS game version 55.2204075. this happens every time in international

Cannot battle faction Boss it is a loop of the ready button not working and can't leave till you push ready.... have created lobby and joined lobby and neither let's me play..... did not have these issues with the Andre the Giant Irresistible Force..... I have tried at least 50 times and always end up having to close the game and reopen it..... really sucks not being able to gain any rewards because the event doesn't work!!!!

I had an issue several times this weekend where I would make a match & the game would freeze for the rest of the match.

Unable to access the 'boss' tab in the faction area. Pressing the 'boss' tab does not work. Unable to scout.

I want to start by saying this game is the best online game I've ever played. I have literally played this game everyday for 6 months straight. I have ran into little to no problems or difficulties. For some reason, this time I'm having trouble getting into boss Battles, so I can collect some points and rewards When I try to create a lobby, 3 other people join, then it tells me the battle has already started and I cannot get into it at this time, and I can't even exit it and have to exit the game completely and reopen it to try again. Its not letting me click "ready" to start a battle either. Just curious if there is a server issue. Other then that, this game is the best
