I’ve been having this exact issue for 2 days now and it’s very frustrating. Losing on the last round, or even midway into the quiz, and it kicks me out. I hope there is something done that will help fix this issue because it is very frustrating to lose all this time and webcoins for nothing.

I see this is still an issue. I have been kicked out multiple over the weekend and have been booted out twice in the last 10 minutes.

Same is happening with me lost multiple trivia matches in the past 24 hours. Major issues started with the day roll yesterday approximately 24 hours ago. If it is a capacity issue then have developers put in a pop up saying it is busy. If it is still a memory leak and a "fix" that was put in, the situation is worse and should be reversed back to the previous state. People need to actually test this stuff before rolling out to production for customers.
I have lost between 2,800 - 3,500 worth or web coins on energy refills that have resulted in failed trivia attempts. This can be seen by developers or support if they look at my usual question and answer time spent and then what it has been during all of these issues.
Saying there is a problem without also stating the plan for resolution and compensation just gets people more upset with the situation. Please post when the actual fix will be in and what Scopely will do for compensation. Even if the answers are "one month to fix the problem" and "no compensation", at least those are answers.
Support should make a minimum of one global post daily with the company update on the issue as it impacts many users. If the developers cannot come up with estimates on how much work it will take and when it can be done then they need managers that can assist with that information or to be replaced by developers that can provide accurate estimates and meet delivery timeframes. Simply ignoring it or not sharing information about the problems shows a lack of consideration for customers. The lack of consideration can be easily fixed with honest and clear communication.

Same thing here, just tried all 3 of my trivia and all 3 crashed before the 4th question. I want my compensation for my 3000+ web coins plus tons of energies

Same things happening to me. Add some more servers. Now that Web Coins can get you good stuff you should have seen this issue coming.

It's good that you've acknowledged that the issue exists, but, come on saying that there are a lot of player playing trivia - how is that an answer? Are there only X number of players can play?
I think there should be some sort of compensation especially for the time spent on this. Imagine sitting and answering till the 5th question and it kicks you out, and repeat that multiple times. Energy lost, web coins lost, real life time lost, real time frustration through the roof.
Please address this ASAP.

I was buy 16 energy at the cost of 375web coins for playing Trivia. All are wasted, because portal wasn't working properly.

Just done some testing, used 32 energy. Had 24 crashes, on top of the 35-40 crashes I've already had. Multiple crashes AFTER I had correctly answered the final question. "There are too many players on at the moment" is 100% not an acceptable answer, and shows an enormous lack of awareness regarding the issues this game has.
I know Scopely won't give compensation, cause they'll claim that I may not have answered everything correctly (even though multiple times the crash was after I had done exactly that), but you really need to do better.

Since the Webcoin store has been updated the trivia rumble is not working properly. It just goes back to the Play Trivia screen even after the answer is correct instantly. I thought it was a one time thing but i tried many times and the result remained the same.
And the energy I use to play these trivia gets deducted. Is there any solution to this?

Hi Team,
When we try to play the trivia the contest automatically crashes and we are unable to complete the trivia, instead we are losing energy.
The crash occurs when we are starting or when we are in the middle of a trivia.
Can you please look into this issue and assist us in fixing the issue.

I have Lost over 3000 Webcoins and over 30 Energy Packs. Currently it cannot be playable anymore Just How much time will it take to fix something so easy Please do it fast

It seems that there's some specific questions that might affect us players. I've been grinding for a few hours before the feud event. And now that I plan on grinding again some web coins. It keeps crashing. Just increase the amount of players that can join or play trivia rumble. It's really annoying that some of us are losing like 20 energies a day. We wait for 40+ mins for one and we get screwed by the crashes.

Monday morning and still trash. 3 out of 4 crash. I'm over 40 energies lost now and that could be 4,000 webcoin and then 200 Hof Chyna Shards. Y'all need to get this thing working as it hasn't been good for the last 3 days. You had to know people were going to want to play this now that there is a new reason to after we all played to get Flair.

It feels like part of this is due to the right table being updated all the time.
I really don't find any use to the player ranking table and updating it every second.

It seems as though Scopely and any representatives are not concerned with this as it doesn't bring them any revenue. It's funny how they can post about today's event on social medias but not look at the existing bugs or publicly announce that they are aware of it.
I've lost about 50 energy over the last day or so and completed about 12 trivia rounds.
I would doubt that the exact number of coins or energy lost will be compensated, especially after it taking over a week to point out the false advertising that was previously in the web store - it took a threat of a Google complaint to get any form of action there.

No it wouldn't ... I reported the issues people were having on Friday and at least every 2 hours ever since and it still didn't magically made employee start working on fixing it on Easter weekends and I'm on the same boat as everyone else missing on 450k points, maybe if you got your fact straight instead of hating on the people trying to help out players...

@Ramsay @DKMangler - Now that multiple mods have confirmed portal issues over the weekend for trivia, where is the compensation? What is being done to make up for the error? @Guersan earlier mentioned that the 450k points were missing and those were provided for the in game contest.
What is being done for the web portal trivia, lost web coins and lost energy as compensation?

Hey guys,
This weekend we experienced massive Server issues on wwechampions.com which made several parts unusable, Stamp Cards and Trivia were some of them. To free some of the server load we decided to deactivate the Stamp Cards feature for now. That should result in much better performance in general, including the Trivia issues you mentioned here. Stamp Cards will return once we solved the performance issues.
You can contact our Support to get your lost currencies reimbursed.
