@DKMangler Same is happening with me lost multiple trivia matches in the past 24 hours. Major issues started with the day roll yesterday approximately 24 hours ago. If it is a capacity issue then have developers put in a pop up saying it is busy. If it is still a memory leak and a "fix" that was put in, the situation is worse and should be reversed back to the previous state. People need to actually test this stuff before rolling out to production for customers.

I have lost between 2,800 - 3,500 worth or web coins on energy refills that have resulted in failed trivia attempts. This can be seen by developers or support if they look at my usual question and answer time spent and then what it has been during all of these issues.

Saying there is a problem without also stating the plan for resolution and compensation just gets people more upset with the situation. Please post when the actual fix will be in and what Scopely will do for compensation. Even if the answers are "one month to fix the problem" and "no compensation", at least those are answers.

Support should make a minimum of one global post daily with the company update on the issue as it impacts many users. If the developers cannot come up with estimates on how much work it will take and when it can be done then they need managers that can assist with that information or to be replaced by developers that can provide accurate estimates and meet delivery timeframes. Simply ignoring it or not sharing information about the problems shows a lack of consideration for customers. The lack of consideration can be easily fixed with honest and clear communication.

It's hard to play, why is this happening?? all the time, losing energy, and nothing to come back, if you didn't want it or regretted doing it, we are not to blame for your mistakes, I spent 3 days playing trying to get characters, because by pulls it's almost impossible and now you do it, as always you disappointing the players!!!

@DKMangler @Firpo Still broken after the daily reset. Why can they get the new items to buy to work properly but the trivia rumble is something that cannot get figured out?

It's pretty unbearable trying to attempt trivia at the moment. Most frustrating when you answer the 5th question correctly and it kicks you back to the main screen as an error.

Basic business. No one purchases web coins, so revamp the marketplace and 'bug' the only source of free webcoins. Now your only choices are 'buy' or don't bother.

over the past two days since the daily reset i've tried around 5 times to do trivia i have managed to get through two to completion the rest i have just been kicked without an error message and left without energy or the web coins i might have won. it would be great if support acknowledged that this is an issue instead of ignoring it. if the portal cannot handle the amount of people coming on to do trivia there should be a warning system place so that people do not waste there time trying something that ultimately won't work but will still take energy.

Yup, crashing almost every attempt atm. Used to farm around 25k webcoins a day, but now I just lose energy every attempt.

Been a problem since the start, Did a test a bit ago to see if it fixed it self over the last few days, but nothing, was on question 5 of 5, did not give me anything for completing it correctly just booted me back to the start, before today, i have had the timer go from 10 to 0 in a matter of second as well many times,

I have been trying to play trivia rumble and it is broken like the game. Every survey you send me I say fix the game so the top 20 might change. Won't happen, same thing today as every event.

This is getting ridiculous. Couple days into the problem and still at 6pm sunday chicago time I lost 4 of last 6 trivia becasue the game just arbitraily rests to the starting screen sometimes with and "oops there was an error" popup at the top. I've lost over 25 energy in the last 24 hours and the potential 2,000+ webcoins not to mention my time. You rolled out a great game addition with the web coin market and now it is broken.

I'm also unable to continue with trivia at this time. Between this morning and just now I've probably lost at minimum 6-7 attempts at trivia due to the same glitch everyone else is facing.

For approximately the last 27 hours, around 50% of the trivia rumbles I start crash, taking the energy and giving no web coins. Performance on the portal as a whole seems to be really bad.

I am honestly getting annoyed at the amount of times I am getting legit screwed from getting web coins from winning the trivia rumble! Why does a company that gets millions from whales have such incompetience for a QA department... Oh wait, that's because the player's are your QA department!

It's shit like this that makes me glad I spend NO money in loot pulls! Because I can't spend money on a company that leaves such things in 'working' conditions like this
