What exactly is not working?

Trivia Rumble


Where in the game did it happen?

Web Portal


What are the steps to reproduce it?

The trivia kicks me out from it as soon as i start the quiz . By chance if the first question comes , then even on selecting an option well within time , it throws back to the Main Page of the Portal .


When or since when did it happen?

A few minutes back from now

    Hello Len, this was likely due to the amount of players on at the time. It looks to be working better now

    I have had this issue the last couple of hour, seems to hang mid question then goes back to the main page. Is it really due to the amount of players?

    Yes, this is beyond frustrating and needs to be addressed quickly. I have lost so many webcoins and energy... and time. It is kicking me out of Trivias more often then not, even as far as after the 4th question.

    It's a fantastic new concept but Scopely, please please fix this so it can be used as designed.

    I am having the same issue. I have bought energy and trivia keeps crashing. I lose my energy and get no web coins. Will these be replaced? Thanks.

    Can confirm that I'm also getting issues where I'm regularly getting booted during trivia rumble games back to the main menu. It's getting to the point where it's happening anywhere between one in six games to as frequently in one in three games.

    Also happening to me. Guessing there'll be no compensation for this.

    @DKMangler Same is happening with me lost around 10-15 rumbles with this issue also lost the energies kindly compensate and get this fixed please

    Same. it's as if they realised it was too good a thing for us, so suddenly it started working a lot less than it did before

    tried to report it in game, was just a series of auto responses that didn't actually even point to the issue. We need web coins back as a basic sorry.

    Is this due to amount of players during feud? Seems hard to believe but that is around the time it consistently started happening to me. I am not trying again until feud is over.

    Trivia keeps restarting. I might be able to do 0 or 4 and thn in the middle of a question it just reboots back to the triva start screen and I loose my energy and don't win webcoins. Happened at least a dozen times now.
