Rewards from Portal Purchases Disappeared When Claimed
Good evening,
I am posting here in part because of the time-sensitivity of this issue as it is tied to a current limited time event. I purchased 3 offers from the portal this afternoon (6/24) and claimed the related rewards from the portal event milestones. When I claimed all of these in-game, I got a pop-up that said 0 items were claimed. I didn’t end up getting any of the resources (coins, chests, tokens, etc), shards, or pulls from what I purchased. In addition I didn’t receive the Shard Shakeup event points. I’m just hoping to get this resolved before the timer ends.
For reference I am on iOS and I am on the latest version, .511 I believe. My in game name is the same as this here, 0chogring0

Thanks, I have already done so, but given the time sensitivity of the event/leaderboard/loot pulls I’m trying to get this escalated so it can be resolved in time. It’s especially frustrating because I would have gladly spent more had these purchases been fixed as I was pursuing additional milestones.

Sure: the three offers were 2 of the “Socko shard packs”, as well as one of the Trish trio offers, I forgot exactly what it was called.

Thank you, sir. The pulls and the event points are the time-sensitive parts if you’d like to prioritize those. I don’t mind waiting on the resources or the portal milestone rewards as those can be resolved later.

We are only investigating the issue you encountered and compensate for the missing rewards once solved (it is not yet).
Everything else has to go through our Support, e.g. contest points and progress requests.

Thanks - to be clear all of the event related progress points are tied to the items not received. If I can simply get the vests and pulls that I bought re-sent to me, then I will be in the correct place in the event rankings. That’s my only urgent concern. With only over 2 hours left right now, it is hard to remain optimistic and enthusiastic about the event.

Under the Rewards in Special Offers, I have a reward available. I'm not able to claim it though. This was immediately after a fresh sign-in to the portal via my Scopely ID. Attempted to claim on a Windows 10 PC with Chrome. This is the first time it's happened, but I was able to claim a set of rewards earlier, so I'm not sure why I see it. But when I click on it, I get "Oops, there was an error" at the top of Chrome. I also tried on a different PC, with the same result. Any help, much appreciated!

This is the second time in the last two months that this is happening to me as well. Never even got the rest of the pro shop currency for last month to claim any of it. tried on my phone, my pc, logged out logged in....

I made a $25 purchase on the web portal for the HOF Hogan event. Under the event tab, it displays my 25 points earned but provides me no where to claim my 3,000,000 coins earned. Please help with this. The coins is the main reason for my purchase.

I am having the exact same problem except with level 7. Originally level 3 did the same thing but when reaching level 4 they were both available. I have no expectation of reaching level 8 so I guess I'm just out of luck. Another Scopley success story. @WBMatthews
I have attempted signing in on both samsung internet and firefox. At neither location under the events tab is the level 7 reward present as viewable or collectible.

So, I've sent a support ticket, and posted my issue here and nothing has been acknowledged for over 30 hours. Am I going to get some help here? Or am I out 3 million coin? Guess I don't need to spend, and I'll contact someone for a refund. A little sense of acknowledgement and urgency would be appreciated.

I am personally looking into it. Looks like the first milestone reward is hidden on a mobile browser for some users accidently.
The reward should be available on a web browser from your PC. Please let us know if the issue still persists there.
