I'm feeling this same concern. Missing any of these Free Daily Claims will leave me short of the subsequent milestone in the event, despite all the other grinding I put in, and I'm sure I'm not alone.

Throwing my hat into the ring here as well; I, and several of my factionmates have not been able to claim the day 2 reward. Log out, log back in, nothing. Different browser, nothing. I lost Sika gear from this exact same issue and no one has tried to help in either case.

Count me in with having the same issue. Checked when the daily events roll out, checked again now. Multiple refreshes, multiple devices, still not showing up. Even missing a single claim is kinda backbreaking, so it's pretty concerning

I’m seeing reports now of some people getting the Day 2 claim twice while the rest of us haven’t even gotten it once.
My assumption is you guys attempted to re-send it so we could claim, but unfortunately we still don’t see it.
I really think it makes sense to send it to those of us who haven’t gotten it via in game message. If you can’t recreate the problem to identify who needs it, would it be possible to check the logs of our accounts (those of us in this thread who have reported the issue)? That way you can see that we didn’t get it and still should.

6 hrs til reset.
3 hours til the west coast gets to work.
I'm pretty doubtful this will be rectified before day 3 kicks in.
:( 17.5 hours since we've brought it up and the only response has been
"Forwarding this to our team".

If this helps the cause to replicate:
I had the daily key claim, but not the day 2 rewards.
I initially claimed the daily keys using CHROME on an UTD Samsung a50 Android device.
When i log out, i can see the day 2 claim on the main page, I log back in and its not available.
I've cleared cache, tried again and got the same result. I then swapped to another browser which also yielded the same result.
I moved over to a mac OS PC. I used Firefox, Chrome and Safari to access the portal. They all did not help in showing the day 2 claim.
On random I had my partner log into their account using the same browser on that same mac using firefox and had their claims available no issues.
This seems to be an isolated problem with specific accounts based on my trial and error approach in trying to find a fix.

Numerous people in my faction have not been able to collect the day 2 Christmas in July. This is a huge problem since it feeds the contest and helps our members grow. Only a few more hours until day 3 and we don't want to lose out on this. Help or a response/ solution is a must.

I have also have this happen to me. I opened a ticket with customer support who said they had been added to my account, but I still do not have my Doink coins or in-game cash. Is there a way to escalate this beyond customer support, since so many people appear to have had the same problem around the same time?
