Stuck in a Groundhogs Day loop for BlackFriday offer

Here is my original issue

I purchased a black friday sneak peak starter pack offer from the web portal on 11/12 around 10:04 pm eastern time per my receipt via the web portal. the offer came into my inbox and I clicked the claim button but I never received any of the items. I got the offer in order to use the coins to lvl hbk for the rebate event which caused me not to get the 5mil coins for the last lvl needed to claim the next rebate milestone . I am playing on a Android Samsung Note 10 +. My ign is Zandal. I also noticed my moves are displaying in game using test or beta names as if its in a beta ive included pics of the offer and the moves names for references .I have copies my my receipt also if needed


I contacted in game and Oli said to contact Xsolla and this is the response I got

So now I'm in a endless loop of each party saying to contact the other party I have receipts and have not delete the msg about the items from in game. I need some resolution please and I was told on here that ingame could help with the missing items
