Missing TP from Mystery Bags

What exactly is not working? Last months missing TP from opening Mystery bags has been erased from known issues I’m missing roughly 3500-4000 TP of each color from opening mystery bags and in game support keeps closing conversations instead of addressing it I’ve been messaging them least once a week and still haven’t had my TP replaced but when I’ve accidentally received a player from your mistakes they fix and remove character asap but here it is over a month now and nothings been fixed
Where in the game did it happen? Month long contest (August)
What are the steps to reproduce it? Not sure I don’t dare open any more mystery bags
When or since when did it happen? Beginning of August’s month long contest so august 1st 2022 roughly
How often do you experience this issue? Just that month
What device are you playing on? iOS
Which OS and game version? Newest
What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)Hunterclan
What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
Every week messages in game support they just keep referring me to a link of known issues it used to be on the link but since has moved I’m missing roughly 3500-4000 of each color TP from opening mystery bags

I have tried multiple times and they keep saying it’s being worked on and supposedly it’s in known issues. However they removed it from known issues. Plus they keep closing the conversations. I have over 50 attempts with support. So again please explain how I’m suppose to bring this up to support when they keep closing it out.

I’m sorry that you are having this experience with support but there is nothing the forum team can do to assist with this issue. Only support can assist with missing items

What he's saying is that no one from support has anything to do with the forum indeed, none of the moderators are Scopely employees, we are all players like you helping out on our free time. Developers from Scopely do check the forum for bugs, feedbacks and things like that but again, developers have absolutely nothing to do with support. it's clearly written in the forum guideline that the forum is not to be used for support issues.
