Missing TP from Mystery Bags

What exactly is not working? Last months missing TP from opening Mystery bags has been erased from known issues I’m missing roughly 3500-4000 TP of each color from opening mystery bags and in game support keeps closing conversations instead of addressing it I’ve been messaging them least once a week and still haven’t had my TP replaced but when I’ve accidentally received a player from your mistakes they fix and remove character asap but here it is over a month now and nothings been fixed


Where in the game did it happen? Month long contest (August)


What are the steps to reproduce it? Not sure I don’t dare open any more mystery bags


When or since when did it happen? Beginning of August’s month long contest so august 1st 2022 roughly


How often do you experience this issue? Just that month

Every week messages in game support they just keep referring me to a link of known issues it used to be on the link but since has moved I’m missing roughly 3500-4000 of each color TP from opening mystery bags
