Twitch Drops not received

What exactly is not working?

I’m not receiving emails with redeem codes for drops that are claimed in Twitch.

Where in the game did it happen?

This happens in Twitch when watching WWE Champions streams during the latest campaign.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

I check drops.wwechampions.com and make sure that the Scopely and Twitch accounts are connected before claiming, but I never get the details or promo codes to redeem on the portal.

When or since when did it happen?

For the past week since the last campaign began.

How often do you experience this issue?

Every time I claim a new drop on Twitch.

iPhone
