What exactly is not working?
When playing the game, in any mode, the game experiences a tremendous amount of lag, to the point it is no longer playable.
Where in the game did it happen?
In the actual fights. When fighting another card whether in Deadman daily, Monday night raw, showdown, stipulation tours, or blitzes.
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Playing the game for more than 30 seconds. The game then begins to breakdown and lag like I've never seen before.
When or since when did it happen?
Since 2 updates ago. I thought the first time I experienced it that I could just restart my game and everything would be okay, but it was not.
How often do you experience this issue?
Every single day I attempt to play a match. I've given up on playing most events and matches for the past week because of this. This has also screwed me out of the marquee tour for this week as I was fighting godfather and the game lagged SO horrendously, that it forced the app to close and I lost my entire run because I was using a signature move...
What device are you playing on?
Samsung Note 9

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
Everything. I've tried clearing cache. I've tried using wifi, not using wifi. Have attempted restarting my entire device. Have also attempted playing on another device in the household, but the lag is even worse on that device.
Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?
Links to YouTube video(s) below showing both Keith Lee with incredible slowness in a red stip tour day, and Otis with even worse on the marquee tour yesterday from fighting seth. I also had a video of dragon doing daily matches in RAW yesterday, but the file corrupted so I would need to take another one, but believe this would explain the point well enough on itd own.

Experienced the same on my stream today , it got so bad I actually had to switch games I was playing.

Is there any timeframe in which this can be expected to be resolved by? As it currently stands I am unable to play the game for more than 5 minutes at a time... I lost my marquee tickets this past weekend, and with feud coming up I would like to NOT experience such horrendous lag, as that will once again interfere with my performance of playing this game, especially as a "top player" (according to the portal) when it comes to feud.
Please advise. Thanks.

Thats honestly extremely upsetting and demoralizing. I was actually picking up quite an uptick in viewers and people watching gameplay of Champions. Thats all gone nonexistent now as I can't stream the game anymore.
Hoping for some type of solution here... otherwise I may as well call it quits.

Game locks up in-between matches. Back to freezing when matching 4 or more gems. No wifi connection message intermittently causing loss of hp.

I am having this problem since the new update came. Unable to play very much due to this problem. I can't able to help my faction family in any events such as feud, SD etc. So it's my humble request please try to solve this. Or try to put the new update where this problem should solve.
Please help in this matter.

I am also having the super lag issue, the game has become impossible to play and I have to back out of.the game completely, then it works fine for a few minutes then starts again. This has been an issue from 2 updates ago, I thought it was my device but I have a completely new one and I am still experiencing it.

I thought it was because my phone is a few gens old but only this app does the probkem. Everyday after playing for around 10 mins it gets slower and slower until its unusable and crashes killing superstar health and messing up whatever mode you are in
needs fixing and serious compensation for the lost resources but mostly the lost time having to replay the mode

The issues with showdown seem to be the worst. You can't move forward or finish the event if you're energy has all disappeared when the match starts. I've continuously had the issue with showdown going back to the showdown rock midweek event, both me and opponent should have full strength but instead we are both at 999 and the match is frozen. What's more frustrating is that when customer service gets contacted, they write back instead of sending hp, and don't give you long enough to respond, then they send a message saying you didn't respond and so they assume all is good, and you have to start all over. I'm owed at least 2000 hp.

Constant crashing, requesting HP refunds. Tours showing specific characters to gain additional rewards yet when trying to use said characters it won't let you. Questioned with Support and still waiting for reply sincs Sunday. Could of cost me points/shards. Refreshing game time and time again saying no connection even when on 5G and wifi with 1gb up/download (dedicated leased line)

I m unable to play the game as soon as I try to play the match I get a error that internet connection is required and once we click ok the game restarts many times even between a match.
Unable to help my faction on the blitz

Game just froze like this. Royal Rumble the road match. This happens every time after about 1-2 matches regardless of what type of match.

Have any of the hot fix updates since the problems inception improved the slowdown at all?

The last two trial characters I've experienced these slowdowns. I'm often unable to get a match started.
It's ruining my ability to blitz and play showdown matches with macho for the event. No idea why a trial character would cause this but that has been the common denominator both times. Last time after the trial ended, I experienced no issues.
