Slowdown and Constant Crashes

As of this feud, I simply cannot play. Every match is a crash, and I re-start to 1 hp.

For the past 4 months, matches have been like playing on 20 year old hardware.

Portal, Samsung Galaxy s10+, gaming pc and tablet all experience lag and choppiness where it's almost unplayable.

Tonight, during feud, it is unplayable. Support has been giving me health packs, and I submit multiple screenshots per week, but I ultimately cannot play this game anymore. I have cleared cache, app data, but it's device agnostic. The slowdown happens on any match I have entered.

I have been playing this game since release. I am letting my faction down, and it's simply not acceptable. If this isn't resolved, I have to quit. This is not my choice, but my hand is being forced.

My entire account, regardless of device, seems affected.
