Please try again. I was just able to login into the portal. Please make sure you are using your Facebook credentials and not the ScopelyID. ScopleyID on the portal has not been enabled. If you still have issues, please provide additional details. Thanks!

What I have heard has worked as a workaround for other people, is to disconnect Facebook in the game app and then reconnect Facebook in the game app. After that the portal seemed to work.

Just tried it again and still getting the same error.
Not sure what additional information I can provide beyond what I already listed but here we go:
- What exactly is not working? - I cannot sign into https://wwechampions.com (known herein as "the portal"). I get an "Oops! There was an issue" banner/message every time I try.
- Where in the game did it happen? - It's not in game, this is completely related to the portal. My Champions account is linked to the same Facebook account in game with no issues
- What are the steps to reproduce it? - Go to the portal and select the "Login With Facebook" link on the page. Sometimes a popup will appear and ask me if its okay to sign in with Facebook. Sometime the pop-up is bypassed and it tries to automatically sign me in. Regardless, the result has been the same every time: "Oops! There was an issue" banner/message displaying.
- When or since when did it happen? - For me it started yesterday afternoon (06/03/21) a little after 3PM EST. I refreshed the portal so I could grab the free dailys for the WildOnes MLC event. When I refreshed the page the site went blank (just the dark blue background) and stayed that way for a few hours. When the website returned for me, I was logged out. That's when I tried to sign back in and encountered the current issue presently.
- How often do you experience this issue? - I have experienced this issue every time I've tried to log in since 06/03/21 after 3PM

@WBMatthews Right away the oops error. Doesn't even give me the option to enter my information

- #6 - What device are you playing on? - I've tried logging in to the portal through Firefox, Edge, Chrome, and my cell phone
- #7 - Which OS and game version? - I'm currently on game version 0.506 and my operating system is Windows 10 (when trying to access the portal through my PC) and Android when trying to access the portal through my phone (Samsung S10e)
- #8 - What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) - KiddCraize same as my forum name
- #9 - What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? - I've tried clearing cache/data from my web browsers, unlinking my Champions account from Facebook in game and relinking them, and removing Champions from my Facebook account and forcing a relink by trying to sign in through the portal.

I tried that as well. I couldn't put that information all in one post because I was limited by characters but I've signed out of FB in the game and signed back in and even removed the game from my FB account through the FB website and tried to relink by signing in to the game through Facebook and also trying to sign in to the portal through Facebook. When I try to sign in the portal when Facebook is not linked to my Champions account I get a pop-up asking if it's okay to sign in using Facebook. I choose yes and the pop-up goes away. I get a "processing" status for a few seconds and then I get the Oops! There was an issue message soon after.
For some reason I think what might be happening is when I try to sign in with the portal using my FB account (which is the same FB account I use for this game) that the portal is trying to sign me up for a level 0/1 junk account. I say this because temporarily last night I had an issue signing in to the forum to post my issue and the login ID that posted was the same junk level 0/1 ID that display on my game when I signed back into game on the app. I chose my KiddCraize account rather than the junk one that displayed on the screen. I think that junk account (which was created by the portal) which is a 32 bit alpha-numeric User ID (which is not the 32 bit alpha-numeric User ID associated with my KiddCraize Username) is causing the issue. I could probably sign out of FB in game and sign but in and product that 32 bit alpha-numeric junk User ID.

Please see attached screen shot as I believe that's what's happening. After I unlinked FB from my Champions account in game and removed the Champions link from my FB account I tried signing back in to the portal with my FB credentials. Got the same pop-up asking me if it was okay to sign into WWE Champions using Facebook. I chose okay and it appears that I'm going to be signed in to the portal only to get that "Oops" message moments later. So then I went to the app and tried to sign back in to Champions through Facebook and that junk level 1 account appears to be associated with my FB account. Didn't select it or signed back into to Facebook for now but it appears these junk accounts are the reason I can't sign in to the portal and why the portal is giving issues when trying sign in through FB because it's no longer linked to my KiddCraize Username and associated ID. Seems like it just keeps creating random generated junk user IDs every time I try to sign in.

@WBMatthews - I tried using private browsing in Edge and Firefox and incognito mode using Chrome. I still got the same "Oops" error.

I had to switch Facebook accounts and after I had done so in Champions and on FB now I can no longer access the portal offers and community events. The portal said it would be 24 hours to properly manage everything but 24hrs has passed and I still can't login. I had to change my name on here from ZEKE410 to ZEKE410V2 just to post on here because things haven't been tended to.
