Resolved: Issue signing in to the Portal Using Facebook Login

Earlier today I was signed out of wwechampions.com web portal. I tried signing back in but whenever I do I keep getting the "Oops! There was an error" banner on the page. Verified my Facebook account is in good standing and I can sign in to other apps/website that uses my Facebook login (including this site) but I can't sign in to the portal.

I haven’t started my Beta run yet due to having a problem logging on in from the initial email and prompts. Is there a way to reset my Beta testing?

You should contact customer support for these issues. They can help get your accounts back and then link them to the correct Facebook ID.

@AB2311 I believe the Beta is now over. Was this screenshot you trying to access the Beta build?

Before you login with Facebook on the Portal, make sure your mobile game is connected to the correct FB account.

If you have issues with your account, please contact Support and they will fix everything asap.

@raj787824 do you have your Facebook account linked to the mobile game? Before logging in with FB on the Web Portal, you need to link your FB account to the mobile game first.

If it still doesn't work, please contact CS and they will manually link your accounts.

Yes,

I am having issues now with logging into the portal via my facebook account. I set up scopely ID on my mobile device but seems strange that you guys are getting ready for an update and some peoples accounts work and some do not now on the portal. We are missing valuable free upgrade tokens for SIKA and other items.

Can this get resolved sooner than later?

Can you fix this I have tried everything on my end. Cleared browser history, reset my password, tried a different device, try a different browser, and nothing works I'm about to lose out daily content
