    Count me in as another one who was told and told to wait for a resolution and I'd definitely get my rewards. Then when I chase it up I'm told I won't be getting them after all. Totally just a case of kicking the can down the road until you can safely tell us we won't be getting them.

    The in game support has been less than helpful. This is going on two weeks now and today they told me there's nothing they can do.

    Also, the breaking news section of help says they should eventually reach our inboxes. So they should still be "out there" somewhere and if after 2 weeks they still arent...something should be done.

    I am not going to let this rest.....Just received a message from in-game support stating that everyone received their compensation. What I received was not the rewards for the events listed above, it was for the Welcome back event only(had already received those rewards). I should be receiving the first two milestones on the Hogan event(for which I sent a screenshot of my receipt), and all of the global event rewards.

    It is pretty freakin sad that a company like Scopely, who makes so much money off people, feels the need to cheat people out of their rewards.

    Had the same issue @MahGainz , and received a similar response.... @WBMatthews, this is not being taken care of. This is the response I get:

    This seems to be a pretty standard response by what I've seen with previous issues. I don't care what they say, I KNOW I didn't receive my rewards, PERIOD. Don't sit there and tell me that I either received them, or that I wasn't "affected".

    These are the rewards I was sent.....does this look like the milestone rewards from the Hogan Global event? I'll let you in on a little secret.....THEY'RE NOT!!

    Hey there,


    These are indeed the wrong Rewards. These are the ones for the Welcome Back event. I would suggest being way more clear in your request because the more info you give the faster our team can help you out.

    It should help you to give the Support Agent the info they need to understand your request and to give you what you were missing.




    The majority got their issue resolved with automation. We still don't know exactly why some of you here didn't get their rewards. Maybe some of you were not eligible to get those, we don't know but the Support should be able to handle those remaining cases if you provide enough info for them.

    Support told me today that nothing further will be done. I told them exactly which portal rewards were missing from the start; all 10 hall of fame milestones and milestone number 10 from the wrestlemania.

    I'm not trying to appear unreasonable here. I don't want anything more than what I'm supposed to have. I'm sure that there are people out there trying to scam everything they can out of you guys. But this isn't the first time an issue has dragged on and on and the end result ends up being "too late, we're not doing anything".

    I have been going back and forth with in game support about this issue. I have submitted multiple tickets explaining that the wrong rewards were sent to me and I did not receive any of the rewards from the Global HoF Induction Contest. Lately, the in game support is basically telling me that I'm 💩 out of luck and rewards were sent out. I'm sorry, but being expected to be content with the wrong rewards in this situation is unacceptable. Normally, I would let this go, but these rewards would have gotten me the final shards I needed to recruit Shelton Benjamin. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks now. It's ridiculous. I don't understand why this is so hard or why the in game support refuses to accept that maybe the wrong rewards may have been sent to my account.

    @Firpo I was VERY clear with in-game support, even sent screenshots of the rewards I needed, along with the ones I got. I was asked to send a copy of the receipt for me solo event rewards, which I did. I couldn't have made it more clear to them, and am consistently getting told that I will not be getting the correct rewards.

    I have done everything asked of me, and all that I want is what I'm rightfully owed, nothing more, nothing less. However what I'm getting is MUCH less! Evidently it was determined that I was owed something, as I got something.....just the wrong something. Also the title of this thread says exactly what events I was shorted on. Nowhere does it say in my initial thread that I did not receive the "Welcome Back" rewards. I understand that others did say that, but I did not.


    Just wanting what I deserve!!

    Support is closing my query again and again saying rewards are already provided.

    Here is the issue. Portal Rewards issue is observed for 2 global events at the same time(I believe).

    One where we got 2sb cards for NWO Bret, MVP, HOF Piper Etc... and second(Hogan global event) where there was some ultimate warrior bag in the last reward.


    Now when people are contacting support, they are closing the ticket as they say you already got the compensation.


    What they are not understanding (or should I say don't want to understand) that other event rewards are still missing. I feel there is clearly a lack of effort to resolve the issue is shown here.

    I've tried this line of reasoning the last two days now. If I got what I was supposed to get then what did I get from the Ultimate Warrior bag? Thus far they are ignoring that question and continuing to state nothing will be done.

    I never received all 10 hall of fame milestones and milestone number 10 from the wrestlemania community events on the web portal.

    I did get the mass compensation mailed to the inbox but a) I dont know specifically which missing items that was meant to include and b) I did not receive the ultimate warrior bag that the rest of my faction got.

    Well now here's where we are. I asked what I received from the ultimate warrior bag and the ticket was closed without further comment. I'd show you but I understand providing evidence of how terrible support is is just too much for people to bear around here.

    Now in previous instances support has managed to tell me right down to the second what I pulled and when I pulled it. Interesting that they seem unable to provide that information now.

    Another one here who claimed all ten milestones but they never made it to my inbox and was strung along by support telling me they'd eventually be delivered only to receive a further message saying I wouldn't be receiving them.

    @Firpo For me it was the Hogan Induction Community Event, did NOT get any of the 10 milestones. Was told yesterday that this is what is being given as compensation....
