    MLC over.

    Still missing rewards...

    Now that the events have all ended, can we get an update?

    The missing rewards are now mostly useless. Solo points won’t count for any event or help get extra milestones. There’s no vault to use the vault coins.

    Are the solo MLC points being replaced with points for the new MLC?

    How about the vault coins? I’m sure a lot of players are missing a few vault pulls (assuming they wouldn’t have pulled Hogan from the bags lol) so how do you suggest appropriately compensating for those random pulls?

    Already got my 3m coins for spending $25 in the rock event. Still missing the hof hogan ones... and the welcome back milestones...


    Crazy how the same exact event works days after the big deal hof hogan event which was busted but we still can't get the items we paid for DAYS ago...

    It ain't that hard. Easiest way to shut me up is to credit my account the MISSING ITEMS I PAID MONEY FOR.


    Thats all. And while it may not be "fair and equitable" to the rest of the affected players, that hasn't stopped the support team from doing exactly that in the past.


    If you'd like for me to cease commenting on this thread, simply credit the items I PAID MONEY FOR to my account, and I'll shut up. Its pretty simple.


    But until then, I look forward to posting on a regular, daily basis, because I spent over $200 and have nothing to show for it. And am now waiting for expired HoF Hulk Hogan bags with vault coins inside of them for a vault which already expired days ago. Not to mention another milestone from the hof hogan solo induction event, as well as the welcome back medallions preventing me from maxing the other solo event.


    The longer it takes, the more I get irritated. The more I get irritated, the more I post. And the more I post, the more someone is going to need to keep dealing with me.


    Just asking to be treated like all the rest of the players who got their items after PAYING for them. Didnt think that was too difficult of an ask.


    I have plenty of other open forum threads on this site, but none of them have my "investment" because I didnt have $220 of my money stolen from me. this however? Does have my immediate attention.


    Looking forward to either another response, or my items being credited (which would be shocking seeing the trend this has taken for days) within 24 hours. Otherwise, I'll see ya back on this thread tomorrow!!!

    Most parts of this game are time-sensitive. Why would you not prioritize rectifying the issue over the investigation?

    You can investigate for weeks and months but you can still make good on what the rest of us missed out on right now. You don't need to know WHY it happened to make people whole here. I can totally appreciate why you want to know what went wrong but that should not take precedence over basic customer service.

    Did not receive milestone 10 for the welcome back event and also missed out on bonus solo milestones from buying in the portal last week. The support ticket is sent was replied back that there’s a lag but I still have been able to receive the daily items from the portal immediately so is there really a lag or is it a lack of wanting to fully investigate. Being lazy is not an appropriate answer.

    Can someone or something please tell me why support is confirming I did not get my Portal milestones for the bobby Lashley event , yet a support member "Fucknado" telling me there is nothing they can do after the previous support person said they confirmed it missing and for me to go out of my way to provide receipt's for the event , after going back and providing 11 ELEVEN receipts and spending more than the nobel 2Bob29 who is also still awaiting the rewards he has paid for...


    TLDR

    Support: We messed up, please provide receipts

    GF : here are my 11 receipts of spending too much

    Support(Fuckadillo) we see there was a mistake, however there is nothing we can do , we will try to do better next time

    i believe investing or checking why something went wrong is in the internal end, but giving what's missing for the players MUST be given first, as everyone especially the community event, we as players did our part and rightfully deserve what efforts we have exerted.

    The fact these missing rewards have gone ANOTHER day without being credited is honestly holding my account back.


    You realize that this is beyond unfair, and you ARE providing competitive advantages to everyone else in the playerbase who got their rightful items vs us who got screwed?


    What happened to "NEVER providing a competitive advantage to one player over another."? Because at this rate, I'll be lucky to get these missing resources before the Talent Up is over. And God forbid I wanted to chase leaderboards? I can't now because I'm missing these items THAT I PAID FOR. And you're still wasting time on other things like "which character people want to use for a tour"


    Prioritize your resources where they should be focused. ON THE PEOPLE WHO SPENT MONEY AND NEVER GOT THEIR ITEMS.


    How is this such a difficult concept? Or is this just a con-job?

    As mentioned several times above, we want to send you your missed points/rewards but it is not as easy as some of you thought it would be. The current plan is to find a solution next week, so please bear with us until then. We will keep you updated if there is any news regarding this.

    I've been trying to go through in game support, but have not been successful. I claimed all of the rewards for the Global HoF Induction Contest, but did not receive any of the rewards in game. When going through the in game support they sent me the rewards for the wrong contest.

    In-Gane support stating there is nothing they can do as the rewards have already been distributed, even though that is for the welcome back event and not the Hall of Fame Hulk Hogan induction event. This is really irritating knowing I spent money to get nothing for it.

    Surely somebody on the team can just go into his account and add the missing rewards? It would only take 2 minutes.

    Fixing the issue for future events is fine, but he paid for items which he didn’t get. He shouldn’t have to beg for what he paid for

    Still awaiting resolution on this along with others who paid for items that were never recieved.


    Side note: This is honestly disgusting business practice to not resolve this as a main priority composted to updating tag links...

    I also claimed my rewards for hof Hogan global event but they never showed in my ingame inbox(all 10 milestones).


    I contacted support in game several times. Initially they said they are looking into it and will resolve the issue by providing the rewards. But today they said I already claimed them and they cannot do anything. Which never got added to my inbox/inventory.


    This is just pathetic way to handle this issue.

    Scopely loves to create new issues instead of resolving the existing ones.

    Hope the missing rewards will be added back soon.

    I am in the same boat as you guys - I am yet to receive any of my rewards for both the solo and global Hulk Hogan HoF events. I even made a list of them to ensure I remember what I was supposed to get. Ten days after the event has ended, we still can't get the rewards? That is very poor. And yes, I did raise a ticket the very moment I realised that none of the claimed rewards showed up in my game inbox, even though the daily claims have always done so. Also, some of those rewards (event points, medallions) are worthless now as the events that they were to be used in have long since ended!

    When can we realistically expect to receive our rewards?
