I cannot seem to purchase anything on the portal. When I hit the purchase button it goes to process then nothing

i've solved it with your help, the problem with the po-up window via mobile.
the pop-up window was set to block in safari in my iphone

I have tried everything I know to get help but no one seems to be able to help me so regretfully I am going to have to delete the game because I can't make purchases to improve my rooster so there's no point in me keeping and playing this, sorry I would've liked to stayed
