Please find below frequently posted questions and reports with possible solutions.


Facebook Login

  • Use WWE Champions on your mobile device to connect your account to Facebook first!
    • Make sure your mobile game is connected to Facebook before logging into the Portal, or else the Portal will create a new game account for you.
    • If you log in/connect your FB with the Portal first, you will end up with a new account called ChampionsXXXX
    • A ChampionsXXX account will also be created if you unlink/disconnect your FB from your main account. That is why you are still logged in to your main account on your device but on the Portal, you are on that new account. If this happens, please contact our Support to Link the new account to your main account.


  • Use the same Facebook account on mobile and web.
    • Ensure the Facebook account you connected your mobile game to is the same account you are logging into the Web Portal with.


  • If you logged into the Portal before connecting your mobile game to Facebook:
    • Go to your mobile game and connect it to Facebook.
    • Go to the Web Portal and complete the Tutorial on Web.
    • After you complete the Tutorial, it will ask you which account you want to use. Choose your mobile game account to sync progress from your mobile game.
    • Try refreshing your browser and playing the game again to see if your account is fixed.


  • You can only be logged into the Portal in one browser and one tab at a time. Logging into a second browser/tab will log you out of the first one.

  • Make sure to log out of Facebook and the Portal once you are done playing to properly quit your session.





Memory Issues

  • Best Browsers:
    • The best browsers to play the Web game with are Google Chrome and Firefox.


  • Memory Errors:
    • If you run into memory issues, try closing other high-memory-using apps on your computer or other tabs on your browser. If the problems continue, please post your system specs on the Forum. We will look into it.


  • Playing on Laptops: 
    • The Web game will play best and have fewer memory issues when your laptop is plugged in.


Payment Issues

  • Payment Errors:
    • If your card keeps getting declined when processing a payment, please contact Xsolla support, and they will help you.


  • Payment Window Not Opening:
    • Please make sure your popup blocker is turned off on both Mobile and Desktop. Our payment processor, Xsolla, opens a popup to finish the payment checkout.


  • Cancel Subscription
    • Please contact Xsolla to cancel any subscriptions done on the portal.


Common Errors

  • Oops! Errors:
    • By default, try refreshing your page to see if that helps.


  • Game is very laggy in Chrome
    • Make sure you activated Hardware Acceleration in the Chrome Settings, this will fix the performance issues.

  • Game is not loading:
    • If your game is not loading after 5 minutes, try opening the Portal in a different browser like Chrome or Firefox. On the first load, it may take some time. Subsequent loads will be much faster.


  • Game Inactivity Popup:
    • After 15 minutes of inactivity, the game will show a popup and end your session to preserve your computer's memory usage.
