So, if they were not working how it was supposed you had to retire it til fix it, not keeping selling it.

I can not convey how messed up it is that something people spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars to buy from you months ago and that you would then just change the way that card works. It is disgusting and not right to publicly sell a card or shards of a card that does "A" but then 6 months later decide we want it to do "B". "B" is not what I spent money to get, "B" is not what was advertised and shown in Scopely approved creator videos and previews, "B" is not what I was chasing. This is not like re-skining a card because the rights were lost to that likeness. This is simply an overreach and has me so close to walking away from the only game I play, and have been playing for 2,385 Days. The money spent over that time was a large amount that I Choose to spend, even after so many botches and mess ups by Scopely. I stay because of my faction and friends, but I can only have my old lady beat me so many times before I finally decide to leave.

I have Naka 6 star never got Shawn or powerhouse Sami.

When changing something in the game so drastically like this a communication timeline similar to the new 4 superstars be very helpful. This way the community knows at a certain point certain things would no longer work as present day.

The current situation going to hurt most those who have s mb allergic rosters and nay have even pulled a 6 star version of effected superstars. Then once that happened they went all in on champion have no other built up superstars on the 6 star level. They go from competitive to knocked out.

This is a business and if you upset a.majority of your customers well you know what happens.

I think a few things need to happen.

1 communication prior to any nerfing of superstars so people have time to adjust Adapt not be left high and dry.

2 a way for players to recover resources tied up. Not just bg anded out but say a tour vs year 1 superstars nof trickster 4 bronze in hell. Require the affected superstars like a victory tour and if you have the affected champions you can clear vs 2 3 4 star bronze opponents the invested coins tokens strap parts TP invested.

3 a person in the community scopely gets as a communicator let's the community know x y Z are possible nerds TBD but give early heads up.

So no just handing out resources but a tour if you do it you will retrieve invested resources.

A 4 a legit effort of empathy so now people.do complain older posters are not good but they ca. Do tours and showdown just slow. I would suggest the freebie would be a few 6 star bronze class c champions who can clear conemtenr. Acro Bliss acro Eddie Bam Bam trickster Edge showboat Wendi at 6 star she serviceable a striker male maybe newer like junky tonk and a tech. They are posters the community not paying to chase but if they had 6 star they could get accounts back to competitive status over time. Yes the advanced players would likely not hardly use them but newer intermediate could benifit. The other thing could be mb ake a tier C poster only need 1 token to evolve and or enhance.

Silence will hurt the game outright handing back resources would hurt as well making a simple retrieval tour would resolve resources and communication would lead to less anger over time. Games are meant to be fun.

Guys recently the pulls are also getting bad. I don't understand we spend 20 dollars and get just 5 shards as guaranteed player. Please think about your fan base and players. Some of us can't spend like big time whales.

Doesn’t matter. Still severely unacceptable. Not to mention no communication was made whatsoever. It was done in the dark which is in line with the company’s new shadiness tactics. The damage has been done.

So you are fundamentally changing the characters from what was initially advertised, and sold. Nerfing one aspect and the fix is you add a further change that was never intended or needed??

And we have paid real money for this, now seemingly under false pretences

More worringly is you have now set a standard going forward that you can essentially change and devalue items that we buy for real money with no warning at your own discretion

Ooooof... this was a chance for the developers to try & save face & it seems like they decided to take the heel approach instead. Very bold. The player base (especially the ones that spend) are beyond pissed, more so than they have ever been over something game related. I really hope they come up with a creative solution to the "so they don't lose their competitive edge" statement, otherwise this is likely to end poorly.
