Being able to create a lobby in faction boss but not getting transported to the battle screen

What exactly is not working?
I created a boss lobby. When I click on start battle, I get a message saying I was kicked for inactivity. The lobby screen stayed on. My teammates were able to fight. They saw me as still trying to connect. They said I eventually timed out. I was never taken to the battle screen to fight the boss.
Where in the game did it happen?
Faction boss
What are the steps to reproduce it?
It happened every time.
When or since when did it happen?
This past mid week factual boss.
How often do you experience this issue?
Last boss I had the 10 second issue of using moves or swipe gems. This most recent I had this issue.
What device are you playing on?
Samsung s22 ultra
Which OS and game version?
Gameis was up to date.
Os is. One UI 4.1
Android 12
What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
Clear cache, un install, reinstall, check for all game and phone updates, reset router.
Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

Did this happen in the last Faction Boss as well? Please let us know your exact game version.

It happen last one as well.

I tried this last time with Android 12. Didn't work. Updated to 13. Didn't work. I also tried turning off and on the Samsung priority mode. I also had full 5g bars at the times of playing. No reason fir a connection issue when I can do all other modes of the game with no issues or lag.

We deployed a Server Fix for general Lobby issues during Faction Boss. Im not sure if this will also help with your problem but let us know how it goes. We keep checking your account to find a root cause.

for the 4th straight Boss Battle i am unable to play due to connection timeout.
i play on android phone and on the portal. i get the same error on both. whenever i start a battle or join another members battle i get the error.
i have reported this multiple times through help with no resolve.
i am losing out on boss battle tokens and event rewards and tech support does not care. i have gotten no compensation at all.
it is crazy to me that this has been going on for almost 2 months with nothing being fixed.
please fix this issue

This was passed along to the team via Town hall as well.

@WhoDunIt the team tried to reproduce the issue with your account, but they were able to start and participate in Faction Boss Battles.
Looks like the issue still persisted with the recent Faction Boss. Did you set your device time ahead at some point (in the past). This can cause the issue you are currently experiencing.
