web memory issue

is this being fixed or do we risk losing our health everytime we go into a match

    I get that error when trying to play on the web portal.

    @Aaron213 @BigD1016 Can you provide more info about your hardware and browser? The memory issue was significantly improved so you shouldn't be running into this issue anymore unless you have many programs running on your computer at the same time

    I run Microsoft Edge and I get that error A TON. Last time I sent a ticket in, they suggested I run it on Chrome. I did and it did the same thing. My system is less than 3 months old so it has PLENTY of RAM. In fact, I just got it during a Showdown match. Thanks web portal!!!!!!

    • CPU
    • RAM
    • Operating System Version
    • Hard Drive Type (SSD or regular spinning disk)
    • Screen Resolution

    We will look into this asap and figure out why It's still happening.

    Just froze up AGAIN on me. I can count on about 8 freeze ups a day EASILY. I don't want to give up on the portal because the layout is beautiful, but it's SOOOOOOOO frustrating. Wish it was just a setting I could change.

    I'm also having this trouble. It happened on both the normal portal and the stipulation tour site.

    Well, I'm done with it until they can tell me a setting I can change or something I can do differently because insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

    @EliminationInc @IceBaby7 @Sterner21 We are looking into your issues and system specs right now. If you have many other programs running at the same time, that could take away memory that the Web game needs.

    Regardless, we will get this fixed and will send an update when everything looks good again. In parallel, we will also be releasing new features and improvements on the Web Portal that will help you with your game.

    well got the portal running on Firefox today, still get memory message when trying to use it through Chrome. ill take what i can get lol

    @IceBaby7 can you send me your computer system specs? We will have the team take a look. You should not be getting these memory issues. If you are playing with a laptop, it may also help to keep it plugged in.

    @EliminationInc this is something being actively worked on. Memory optimization differs browser to browser. Please try playing the Web game on Firefox or Chrome with hardware acceleration turned on.
