Portal Error

in WEB PORTAL ISSUES ONLY

I have been trying to log in on the portal app for about two weeks now and just can't get on there. I have the same messages every time. I have tried various fixes suggested on here already but none of them seem to work. My game account and portal account are both linked to Facebook but I don't have the usual option to log in when I open the tab on the right side of the app. The game is running fine but the portal app is not working. I have attached pictures with the error messages that come up every time I open the portal. It says to refresh but that just brings up the same two error messages. Can anyone help?

    You are unable to play the game on the web portal on a mobile device. You should be able to make purchases and claim rewards on the web portal on your phone, but you should use the WWE Champions game app on your phone.

    The web portal game is supposed to be played on a computer.

    Just started having the same issue had no problem yesterday I go to get on the web portal today to claim my daily rewards but it keeps telling me Oops there was an error and I cant click on claim I tried to see if I can sign out the in but the option to sign in doesnt even show up nor my player icon and ID

    @MrTurp @Barvid Ryler did you try it on a laptop/pc? did you empty your browser cache in your mobile device? did you try it in an incognito tab?

    @Barvid Ryler we made some adjustments to your account, could you try to log in again?
