Store Purchase Error

At the weekend I got an error when making a store purchase, my credit card was debited but I never got the goods. 3 times now I have raised a ticket but support keep closing it saying it was resolved under another ticket (which was a completely different bug that has been fixed). How do I get someone to investigate, you have taken my money.

    I put all this in my emails that keep getting closed. My user is Gilles G. I purchased the "Special Pack 2 (WWE Champions 2021) (by Scopely)" on March 7th. I got an error when processing the payment, when I retried it said I'd already purchased. I never got the items but I got charged for them. I raised a ticket but it got closed as support says it was being dealt with by another ticket, but that was something that was completely different and has been fixed. I keep raising tickets but they get closed with the same message. Either give my my items or a refund (at least investigate).

    452 4.2.2 The email account that you tried to reach is over quota.
