Everytime I goto play the game in portal this message comes up. Game starts to load then this message comes up. I'm missing out on tons of points for my faction. Please help

    @Jal4377 We are working on memory and performance improvements for Web. It seems like you are trying to run the Web game on a phone or tablet though. Only PC browsers are supported (not mobile/tablet).

    The game runs best in Desktop Chrome or Firefox. Thank you!

    still cant redeem anything through the portal says im not in a faction and gives me this error code , but when i search my in game name it shows im in a faction please help and thank you for your time

    @ups_1anddowns Have you checked to make sure your mobile game is connected to Facebook? If you connect your mobile game to Facebook, the Web Portal should recognize it when you login.

    • While your main account is: 99379cf7119c4c99a572bf56a5db6af5 and is linked to the FB ID: fb_396454267403707. This account hasn't been logged into the portal in the last 1 month.

    Can you please recheck and make sure you're logging into the right account?
