Vanishing Gear

  1. What exactly is not working? icons for gears are vanishing. If clicked the gear can not be re-selected.
  2. Where in the game did it happen? Sasha Boss gear is gone, PH Kane gear is one touch from being gone.
  3. What are the steps to reproduce it? I'm not sure how it happens in the first place, but when I went from BLUE hair sasha to Purple hair sasha the option to pick blue hair sasha was gone.
  4. When or since when did it happen? This happened several months ago, I submitted support tickets when it happened and multiple times after, but they couldn't resolve the issue.
  5. How often do you experience this issue? It's ongoing
  6. What device are you playing on? Samsung S10+
  7. Which OS and game version? Andorid 10 game v .485.210105899
  8. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) Shanes
  9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? Submiting support tickets and following their instructions, none resolved the issue.
