Avatar won't update

I purchased the Adam Cole avatar a few days ago with web coins. I have NWO Macho selected as my avatar currently. I have been trying to update my avatar with the newly purchased Cole avatar for days, but it won't change. The status says processing but stays NWO Macho, no matter how many times I try. This happens whether I try Cole or any character.
