Black Friday Sneak Peak Starter Pack is still Hiding

I purchased a black friday sneak peak starter pack offer from the web portal on 11/12 around 10:04 pm eastern time per my receipt via the web portal. the offer came into my inbox and I clicked the claim button but I never received any of the items. I got the offer in order to use the coins to lvl hbk for the rebate event which caused me not to get the 5mil coins for the last lvl needed to claim the next rebate milestone . I am playing on a Android Samsung Note 10 +. My ign is Zandal. I also noticed my moves are displaying in game using test or beta names as if its in a beta ive included pics of the offer and the moves names for references .I have copies my my receipt also if needed.

    @Zandal Can you please contact Customer Support about this issue? They will be able to check your purchase history and grant you any missing items.

    @paley13 what should I do about the way my moves are showing in-game

    @Zandal are your move names displaying wrong on the Web Portal or on your Samsung? If it's on your phone, trying killing the game (not deleting it, just hard closing it) and then re-opening it. Another thing you can try is quickly changing your language to another one in the app, and then changing it back to English.

    @paley13 i tried both options and neither work and I'm using the Samsung this started happening after I was in The beta for the new game modes

    @Zandal Just to confirm: Are you seeing this issue with Move Names on the Portal, on your Samsung, or on both platforms?

    @paley13 its on my Samsung that its still show it incorrectly i have done a hard reset and changed the language

    @Zandal the dev team is working on a fix for this. Have you tried deleting and re-installing the mobile game yet?

    @paley13 to update u on the moves names issue I uninstalled and reinstalled the game which temporarily fixed the issue but it has returned again and i have done this twice
