Game crashes, still a major problem

So, this has been a month of limited health packs, with none to acquire in the tours, unlike last month

Free Trial HBK is great, but I had one game crash earlier this evening and It took my last 40 health packs to heal him completely...And now this!

Can we/I get some health packs please? This is ridiculous and quite unfair 😡
