No gems on screen

Some matches are coming up with no gems on the board. And if you exit out of tge the app you wrestler goes to zero health. Is any one else having this issue

The gem board is not populated and game remains idle. It happened twice. ps may I get compensation hp packs for my character restore,thank you in advance

The game is currently unplayable for me right now. I can log in, and start a match, but it gets stuck there. It's not frozen, the wrestlers are moving around, but the board won't fill.
