This is also my account I think I have for now this amazing web portal keeps kicking me out and then I go to log back into Facebook and it won't let me keep my name so someone help please

    @Kneegan @KneeganSam It sounds like you may have multiple Facebook accounts connected to your user ID. Can you please contact Customer Support and tell them the correct one?

    They will make sure your user id is link to the correct account. Then everything should work nicely.

    KneeganSam is most current portal name. Theres at least 2others under the name Kneegan. Only have 1 FB name Sam Carhart. & my charms name is Kneegan

    @KneeganSam Can you contact Customer Support and tell them the following:

    • Your game username
    • Your facebook user id (plus a link to your FB profile)

    Customer Support can manually link your Portal account to your correct FB account.

    But first, please make sure your mobile game is connected to the correct FB account.

    No comprende furpo. I don't even know what thread names are. I'm not good w internet. Nor am I tech savvy. Clearly... Otherwise y would I be asking y'all for help... Anyway ur new to me so JSYK I've asked 4 help many times and am met w irrelevance, unprofessionalism, disrespect, Daddy-Lectures, just all around rudeness.. So I have my reservations. But here. Maybe I have answers. I'll start w what "Seems to be the smallest issue. My trivia score is constantly changing... The total wins. I've been posting. I'll post a SS. Last time was over 5oo. Couple days ago. And now here is today.....
