Web Portal Crashing

Does anyone else get the "Out of Memory" error when using the web portal for around 30 minutes?

    Why does the website interface of the game keep crashing after a while?

    It's always after a while of playing it slows down and then eventually crashes...

    This is the error I get quite a bit. I know my machines have plenty of memory and vid card power. I believe this is a setting on the build on Scopely's side.

    I get the error near daily while playing. Chookz (support) had suggested that I clear the cache before playing. I restart my computer and clear the cache every time, but I still get the out of memory errors if I'm playing for any extended period of time, even clearing the cache throughout the session.

    @Bobz how long were you playing for before you saw this crash?

    Time varies, sometimes it's half an hour, sometimes it's 45 minutes or so. That being said, it's not happened for the last couple of days...

    @BobzT It could be that previously you had a lot of other programs running that were eating up a lot of RAM. Can you send your computer details? Like OS, RAM, hard drive (ssd vs. spinning disk), browser you are using, etc.

    We are trying to figure out what can cause this specifically

    @BobzT Can you try playing on Chrome to see if it performs any better. WebGL works best on Chrome and Firefox.

    I've been experiencing this error for a while. This time I was playing daily tokens tour at hell level. In my last fight left this just happened.


    I doubt I have any lack of memory issue.

    macOS Catalina Core i7 6-Core 16GB

    @nithael which browser are you playing on? Can you try playing on Chrome with hardware acceleration turned on? That will be the best experience.

    Also, if your game crashes, please message support and they will give you health packs to make up for this issue. Thanks for your patience.

    @paley13 I am playing on Chrome. It happened a few times and I did not report the issue. I'll try do that next time
