I love this game and play it way too much but I've had some really poor experiences West Tech Support. I'm still owed well over $40 uh I didn't care about in the beginning until I felt disrespected! I spoke with 11 different members of your staff. And each one had me send screenshots dates times so much information repeatedly see each person the one guy Kareem had me send it twice through the little help feature, through email. Ultimately I was told my account somehow reset itself I lost all my items and most of my Superstars who were mostly 4 + 5 star. Initially I didn't care about the money but as we all know, some of these achievements rewards characters I'll take a very long time to acquire or upgrade. Then I was told that scopely was going to make it right and reimburse me and suddenly I got an email for help message from a different staff member saying hi I'm taking place of so-and-so and I have all of your name saved to most of y'all should be fired! And I'm pretty sure between scopely and WWE y'all can afford to give me back my stuff and three different people told me they found all of the lost data coinciding with all of the information and screenshots they made me send who is took forever such as superstars coins lyrics game cash and actual American dollars which is robbery! Even if you set aside the actual American currency that y'all stole from me? How hard is it just put my freaking guys back on. It was over 50 or 60 superstars ridiculous
