How to check on an open ticket?

I’m trying to get help regarding a bug I’ve encountered that I’ve been talking with someone from Scopley about but when they send me an email with a link “click here to reply” it just sends me the main dashboard page and there’s nothing to see regarding an answer.

You can go to the gear icon in game on the home page > click help > click on the text message icon if its there or click on an issue and scroll to the bottom for chat with us

I’ve done that but whenever they respond back to my email they tell me to click a button to reply directly to them but it doesn’t work it just sends me to the main page so I open up a new ticket to respond about my issue but then they say they close that issue because it’s a duplicate ticket.

They don't respond back to the email they respond in game if you open the ticket in game.
