Game crashes after any match, rewards issues

What exactly is not working?
The game will give me an error and reset after any match that I play. The game restarts and I do not receive and of the rewards I should have from playing the match. This includes first time and bonus rewards from tours, as well as points from showdown events such as breaking specific gems or using showdown link superstars. Played the weekly mlc blitz and did not get any of those rewards. Also have other rewards in inbox from trying to resolve this with support that are unclaimable. If i try to claim it says claimed but does not go to inventory. After restarting it will show the claim button again. Seems to have started on Sunday when I tried to open the Skill Plate Chip Bag that was given to all players. I tried to use it (yes I was at 0/100 at the time) and it did not give me any chips but was gone. I pay for the strap up pass but did not receive any chips at the reset yesterday either.
Where in the game did it happen?
After playing any match or trying to claim certain rewards from rewards or message tabs.
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Play a match or try to claim a reward.
When or since when did it happen?
Constantly since about Sunday afternoon (4/28/24)
How often do you experience this issue?
Every time I try to play any mode.
What device are you playing on?
Android Galaxy S23+, also tried on an older Android phone w/ same results
Which OS and game version?
Android, most current play store update 0.651?
What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
I have deleted and reinstalled the game several times. Tried playing on mobile data and on wifi. Have cleared the data and cache. Have submitted tickets with support in game. Trying to remain patient but it is getting harder by the day.

Fix your game. I can't play or collect rewards/milestones. This happens to me with every event. I have lost so much cash and milestones/rewards.

We should not have to contact support constantly or get the rewards we earned. I'm having this issue numerous times this week on multiple devices. Making it almost impossible to complete my contests. This a bug itself and Id wish it would get investigated. Thanks for the help with this!
