What exactly is not working?
My first showdown promoter upgraded to 5 star was Roman Reigns and insted of giving me the 150% extra notoriety is giving me around 90%.
Where in the game did it happen?
Showdown
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Fiz the amount of notoriety Roman Reigns (icons of wrestlemania) give me, because other people told me he's working good on their showdown.
When or since when did it happen?
Around 6 months ago. Im tired of telling this to the people in the game help, but they never solve anyting, they just said "we're working on this", so, i hope here now i do not receive the same answer, i want a solution asap.

Every time i use this promoter.

I told this many times to the people where we talk all the "in-game" problems, you know: settings-help-talk...

You can send it to the in-game support. I know you've mentioned you've done it before, but try to explain your issue in as much detail as possible for them. Once that's done I can flag it for them.

This is the last time i told them and they reply me this morning… as always, thay didn’t anything.
I have told them to many times about it, i have sent them proves everyday and that’s what they tell me always. This is the same copy/paste answer.

It’s been around a year… if you guys can not solve a single thing like that just give me back the coins, tps and tokens i used upgrading that character 🤦🏻♂️

I have told them this many times… they never answer this topic.
They just say that they’re working, but never solve anything. It’s the same as the in-game store that appears as league 0 and everything is blank, they’re aware of that but don’t do a single thing.

Aware of an issue means it’s on their radar. This doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a priority or an easy fix. The league zero bug for example is a slight inconvenience, and time could be better spent focusing on a different bug with more player impact. The support team also isn’t the one that is “fixing” bugs in the system. They gather data from tickets and pass it along to devs to be recreated, tested, and eventually deployed. These things take time.

That’s why day by day this game is losing people… you guys don’t care about quality in this game, just care about getting money putting events after events.
Bugs and every other game is fixed right away, except in this one cause is not a “whale topic”.
But that’s ok, I’m leaving this soon too 🤣🤣👌🏼
So, don’t fix anything.
And, the dev team… they just work when is something that affects the money you guys get when there’s a mistake and the players get benefited, other than that they don’t do anything, idk why you bring them into this conversation 🤣🤣
