The Incredible Vanishing Loot

I have made several purchases through the web portal without out much fuss.

I made a purchase last night for the Jack Friday Gold Loot Pack and the transaction completed through Xsolla like it usually does.

I received the expected items in my rewards inbox with a claim button to push.

I clicked on the "Claim All" button, but the loot coins aren't in my inventory, and I know for a FACT that I didn't spend them. I can't tell if I got the other items that went with it.

I reached out to Scopely support last night just after 9pm and provided a screenshot of the purchase receipt.

it is clearly an issue on the Scopely side. I haven't heard anything back.

FYI the loot coins I was trying to buy expires in just over 3 HOURS.
