What exactly is not working?
The stamp card icon is missing from the portal. Checked this morning. Checked again before the supposed reset.
Where in the game did it happen?
Web portal
What are the steps to reproduce it?
Go to web portal. Log in. No stamp card
When or since when did it happen?
This morning
How often do you experience this issue?
Today
What device are you playing on?
Tried on an embedded browser called "app". Tried on Chrome. Tried on Firefox. Nothing
Which OS and game version?
Android. N/a.

Different browser. Log in and log out.

What's the problem with collecting the last stamp reward, when there's 10k keys available to claim there's never enough time on the timer to claim them I already reported this and I was told that if you miss a day then you wouldn't be able to claim the last stamp reward which makes sense but I didn't miss a day so why does this keep happening? Others in my faction are having the same problem as well. It seems to be designed for us not to claim the 10k keys

Hello Devin. Most of the time it's because the time the stamp was collected preventing this. You'll want to be sure to collect them as close to reset as possible. With that being said the team is aware of the issue here

This is getting old. Can't collect the last set of stamps because the timer runs out before you can get the last stamp.
And yes, the 3 seconds difference isn't enough time to reasonably collect.

I believe support once said you needed to claim the first stamp within 15 mins of the go live in order to get them all.

Maybe not have these free claim in the stamps? Just give them out as rewards. That way you can log on and claim at ones leisure and not miss out. Like I am now.
Everybody logs in for the rewards anyway. Seems redundant to have 2 places to claim based on login.

What exactly is not working?
When I go to claim my 4 stamps, it causes the website to completely freeze and the stamp page will not open. The internet will either just keep refreshing or I’ll be taken to a site that says the website quit responding. With how important stamps are to events now I hope there’s an easy solution for this so I won’t miss out on rewards.

Having exactly the same issue, says I’ve got 5 stamps waiting but can’t get to the screen and get the same “problem repeatedly occurred” message.

I dont think we are alowed to post support responses here but i have been asking them all day and they say there is nothing they can do and i can try again tomorrow. By that time i will lose the 450000 contest points

So for us that's missing out on the stamps, we are just forced to miss out on event milestones? That 450k would allow me to reach my next milestone...

This is happening to me as well. Have not even received a response from “support.”
What are we supposed to do? It takes support five days to do anything.

Just want to co-sign that my stamp box hasn't been able to load since yesterday's reset, so I'm on pace to miss two stamps, obviously the last free one is.....sizeable.

we all know that when something is free it takes hours and days to repair it but when something involves money that if they repair it in minutes, it doesn't seem fair to me that just because there is no money involved they won't do something to repair the rewards of the seals

I have the same problem.... I haven't been able to collect any stamp card rewards for days.... I've always bought the event packs for the last few months but will stop this one. Chriss 666

Less than 2hrs before the 450,000 points are gone.
We are told to contact support.
Support tells us there is nothing they can do and be Patient
450,000 points is a lot of extra milestones for alot of people.
If I hadn't spent another $10 to get an Molly Bag in events it would have cost me getting Molly.
So I guess was that the plan all along?

if you didnt collect them before the contest ended yes they are of no use after, in that case you need to contact support
