What exactly is not working?web purchase not forwarding to my in game account


Where in the game did it happen?everywhere? I came to the website a few days ago and claimed a free gift that never made it to my game side…made a purchase on the site today and claimed 2 free superstars which have also not made it

When or since when did it happen? Last 4 days


How often do you experience this issue? Well…I guess that I have to say every time
