Skill plate not appearing or useable in inventory
Since their introduction I have acquired 2 zEdge plates and for some reason in my inventory they are black the space is there but the plate doesn't appear and I can't select them to equip them as shown in the picture attached. I messaged support and all I got was a we will pass it on and look into it and this was months ago so that's why I'm posting it here

he didn't mean he cant see it because of your username, he meant forum mods are not Scopely employees and we don't have access to anyone's account and can't do support's job. Anything account related need to go through support.
