I am not able to play hell mode tours in the road.

What exactly is not working? - I am not able to play hell mode in the next tours in a road:

1. NXT tour;

2.. Women's evolution tour;

3. WWE live tour;

4. European tour;

5. Summer showdown tour;

6. Superstar tour.

I have already passed this tours a two years ago approx. hen I try to start a match I see the following server error:

This error appears when I try to play any match in the hell mode road tours listed above.


Where in the game did it happen? - every hell mode tour listed above.


What are the steps to reproduce it? - I don't know.


When or since when did it happen? - since my account have been restored after crashing.


How often do you experience this issue? - every time I try to play hell mode in a tours listed above.


What device are you playing on? - an Android smartphone Xiaomi. here are some specs below:

Which OS and game version? - android. The last update possible.


What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) - my in game nane: Yevgen Zloy 2


What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? - Reinstalling a game , updating phone, updating game version, cleaning cache etc -nothing helped.
