Missing HOF Bret shards

thanks for passing on the info. Please pass back that getting people to pay for what should have been given away free (by completing tasks in a rewarding manner which people could do) is the total opposite of doing the right thing.

I was told by someone Firpo didn’t want to give everyone Bret hart. So they gave out 50 only. It must have been his decision and not the team.

Giving us only 50 shards and try to sale the rest to the community…really….it s pretty insulting !!!

Looking forward to receiving 325 more shards. Think answer of spending 100 to make up for it is not a good solution.

The fact that 5 years later you're "still going live" and fixing on the fly is the issue.

Mr. Stagger Lee, answer me this, during your YE review which involves a salary increase and bonus payout, in YOUR employment contract it says salary of x and bonus of y%, now your manager just puts a * beside that and says to you "subject to change".

And this is actually being defended?

Well... how to solve a slap in the face? Probably there isn't solving, but I'm sure as hell that giving another one isn't the answer.

Whilst the 50 free shards given is a step on the way to appeasing your player base, that's all it is, a step. Having commented on this before and having read through the multiple threads on here it seems there is a solution to appease your player base.

The solution simply put is to give us the remaining 325 shards that should have been available through the event. As has been stated multiple times subject to change can mean a change in the amount of shards, not the complete removal of them followed up by an insulting re-wording of the blog after the fueds are finished. Showing good customer service here and being prepared to take full responsibility for the mistake will appease the player base.

I think we can all agree that better communication is the result that needs to come from this. Everyone can accept a mistake, but waiting 4 days for a resolution is really poor and shouldn’t happen again. Resolutions shouldn’t come after an event has already ended.

Whether or not people are happy with the resolution, some players still ended up short of the recruit point, while others spent and wasted their time, money, or resources to end up with more than 1,250 shards. Many players also spent much more than they would have needed to for a recruit. This happened because of a lack of communication after the initial mistake.

If scopely doesn’t have the resources to review their posts carefully, there are plenty of players who contribute a lot to the community who would help to check these posts and the numbers every week.
