Missing 375 Bret hart shards from the last tour ..as a blog say 3 silver and 9 bronze bag with additional 375 shards... Fix this issue ASAP ...

No wonder why this game have lower rating they always find a way to screw everything in the game....we want that missing shards back on tours.

We’re back to the same old problems here. Bugs or mistakes can happen, but when 3 days later we’re still no closer to the issue being resolved it’s just insulting to your customers. I know we are looked down on for complaining, but i think we deserve better than this.
Players spent their time, money, and resources around the blog post and the content creators breakdowns. Many opted not to max the war score event, confident that the tours will get them enough shards. These players have been very hard done by.
I don’t necessarily think 375 shards should be sent to all players, but the 100-150 warscore shards that players left on the table are now gone through no fault of their own. These shards should be now made available to everyone.
Also.. this needs to happen now. Not tomorrow or next week or giving shards in the TU event. The event is still live and players don’t know whether to spend and/or do TU because of this mess.
If you’re going to be sloppy enough to put out blogs with such significant errors, then you have to be willing to eat it and fix it quickly. If not, more and more players will continue to walk away. The recent community event gave us a clear number of active players in the game, so it doesn’t seem wise to drive any more players away.

Did it not say subject to change on the blog? Have events changed after the blog is released previously? A lie requires intent. Can you prove intent?

It wasn’t a lie, and it wasn’t changed either. Someone just dropped the ball with the 375 shards being the total from bags and listed it again separately.
The issue now is just correcting it ASAP, and not letting the event end without a fair resolution.

Editing the blog 3 days after the blog was published is despicable, you guys had a lot of time to rectify your mistake before the tours were released.
The only right thing to do is to send everyone 375 shards of HoF Bret for your incompetence.

I fully expect an "Unfortunately we are not able to provide any further adjustments to the player results, but I'll be forwarding this feedback so that our team can work on further improving our events and offers" from the CS regarding this whole debacle.
Owning mistakes and making it fair for the player base gets postponed, later forgotten by the players, and then the same things get repeated again. Take a note Scopely, we love the game, take the feedback seriously and do it right! Thank you.

Need those shards plus few extra

I'm going to end up about 100 shards short of getting him because of this, if the info provided was correct to start with, I would've done more feuds and got him through the shards available in the warscore event. I didn't though because the shards were going to be in the last tour, now I've missed out on a card that I could have got and spent money that I wouldn't have had the information been correct, and their response in editing the blog after the feuds had finished is despicable. This is clearly a company that has zero respect for it's customer base, its no wonder people are leaving the game, and please don't send me 5 player appreciation bags, you can keep them, they're worthless anyway.

There's a diff in "subject to change" & just hiding behind "subject to change" when u was asked if 375 was correct or not when blog 1st went up.
Also u can look at the tour section for any new poster event that has bags & shards listed as rewards & it has never said "when u collect all bags"

Thanks @Stagger Lee for understanding and mentioning blog is Always subject to change. We do understand that T&C however its about the community and strategy what members create based on that data. If that is something then scopely shouldn’t mention exact numbers at any such place as mentioning exact number gives an impression of definite value which will be available, and some things could modify such as event superstar or things which might not directly affect that too keeping community in mind.
We all are still waiting to hear back from scopely and thank you for acknowledging it.

People get mistakes can be made but this was a serious mistake and perhaps the devs will spot check every blog before posted now? It’s not the first time this has happened but surely if you put your word out and after 3 days it’s not changed then you have to admit the mistake and do right by your community. Chalk it up as a we screwed up and do the right thing otherwise in the long term it will hurt you. Already seen lots of comments on discord, Facebook etc saying they’re quitting the game because of the way they have been treated. “Changing the rules as you go” isn’t the right way to treat us so please reconsider and give us all the 375 shards. Also trying to change the wording AFTER everyone has pointed out what was up is also so bad like as if you’re trying to make people think it was never like that. A cover up. Whoever decides to deal with the outcome of this needs to seriously think about how this decision will affect the game and future especially as the happy 5th anniversary is now a slap in the face becaus e of this

We all know errors get made but loosing out on those shards is a big disappointment for lot of people. The illusion that it was actually possible to get him without breaking the bank was exciting for all the f2p players. This kind of disappointment can make people quitting playing. I feel like something should be done to make up for it. And not just giving out Player Appreciation bags because those are completely worthless. Getting 15k coins and 20tp means nothing at this point.

1st MLC of 2022 and its already messed up!
sad that this happend after everyone enjoyed the month, and the final event missed the shards where advertised!

Everytime "subject to change" is not a preferred answer for this type of top game server. As can be seen by the blog of bret whole event and based on that we played and the time and resources invested based on the information provided, only to have the information not be correct and we lost the player this is not correct thing.
So please you have to start getting the right blog. There are mistakes continuously. And like I said, it cannot be a surprise, in a game like this, that people plan out their events in advance based on the information in the blog. Please make sure the information in the blog is accurate before posting. you never gone a tell that three words "SUBJECT TO CHANGE"

First of all, we need to study that word "Change". What is called change? In a Blog Scopely told us we can get 375 shards of HOF Bret Hart From Limited time Tours.
In case of T&C, Scopely can change those 375 shards and make it 50 or 100 or 200 or any number of amounts. But matter is that, there is no changes, it's totally Removed. There are no shards in Limited time tour.
I think u need to correction scopely T&C and also your words. It not "subject to change", it's called " Subject to Remove ".
We all are still waiting to hear back from scopely and thank you for acknowledging it.
