I can collect items but not with the game area screens, only before logging into the game. while logged into the game it is showing me not in a guild, but I am in one, shows my league lvl at lvl 1, its supposed to be lvl 6. I am unable to start a match, can't upgrade skills or lvl up. can't go to the faction screen, what do I do?
