What exactly is not working?

I'm missing shards and possibly other rewards throughout the contest.

I found this out when a faction mate and I compared shards. We both aren't spenders and we covered the exact same amount of events. I might be short a few 3 shards bags but not many. They have over 3000 shards yet I'm at just under 2700 as of the time I write this. Now I thought the issue would be due to my league. I hit 13 a few weeks in because I didn't know instant pickup for dailies weren't picking up my league points. I had covid and had to take a hiatus.

Either way. I asked your guys to look into this issue and they replied with telling me exactly how many shards I currently had then closed the ticket. That upset me. I've played this game since it's release and I have hardly ever complained. Even with recent bugs I'm taking hits on HP from feuds crashing and all that. Ive lost roughly 2300hp healing my characters in events over the last month both showdown and feud alike. I don't care. What I do care about is missing shards. I would kindly ask this be looked into properly cause I feel like I've been screwed out of events lately.
