Unable to access New event and MOTU briefcase loot

I just reached league 7 and only about 14 days left till the MOTU event ends.

I'm not able to access MOTU briefcase loot and also Rey Mysterio loot.

Please help me.


It happens in loot section of the game.


It happens since i join the game.


I experience this issue every time i opens up the game.


Im playing this game on Samsung Mobile.



My in game name is Vanilla0710


I tried reinstalling the game from play store but nothing is working....the issue still continues.


Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

    I hope this issue resolves as soon as possible or maybe before recent MOTU event ends.

    Summer Jam Briefcase Not Available — WWE Champions 2021

    A lots of new player didn't know that and its not really a information ingame. You need to be in League 10 to be able to access Keys Pulls. So sadly for you the MOTU briefcase will not be available for you. Only at the moment you will reach League 10

    Keys Pulls are for player with a roster of 200k or around. Not before your roster reach 3 Star Bronze at level 80 because League 9 will demand to have 6 Roster of level 80

    Will take a while before you have access to keys pulls. So keep developing. Eventually you will access it at League 10. So good luck and good game

    I see via portal you have a lots of 4 Star Bronze. so keep pushing them at level 80. By completing task for League 7,8 and 9 eventually you will reach League 10.

    Sadly its not possible you did this for MOTU Event. You will reach that in few month

    to have access to event content you have to be league 7+ before the event start as this is where they unlock, if you get league 7 during the event you wont see any of it until a new MLC starts, also for briefcase pulls it's league 10+
