Summer Jam Briefcase Not Available

I'm trying to use my summer jam keys, but the briefcase screen isn't available and when I view the Keys in my inventory, it says "Currently Unailable" Anyone else seeing this? More to the point, can I fix it?

Also having this issue at League 8. Is there anything I can do to resolve this or do I just need to be a higher league level?

keys are for league 10 and up
