try restarting your game if it shows, otherwise I would advise to contact support for that kind of issue

already did on both. still waiting for them to get back to me on another issue from Saturday. @Ramsay

does scopely even have tech support anymore. been waiting 4 and half days for someone to get back to me. about a contest that already ended. and there bugs costed me 2 5ss upgrades in talent up. feeling like my my stuff falls on deaf ears around here.

Unfortunately it does, it sucks 3.5 billion I will repeat that 3.5billion dollar company, no phone number and no live chat. Like how that's even possible I'm actually not sure

Hello shaggy, response time varies due to the amount of open tickets. With the latest update coming out just last week it takes time for them to get through everything. I apologize for the delayed response.
